Counseling Services
I provide individualized therapy for adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I specialize in working with depression and anxiety. I have a clinical interest and experience in working with grief and with women and couples in their experience of the perinatal period (fertility issues, pregnancy, and postpartum). I have completed the initial 14 hour training certification course on Maternal Mental Health/Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders by PSI (Postpartum Support International)
About me
I graduated from the University of California, Irvine with my Bachelor’s in Film and Media Studies before pursuing a career in Film and Television. I found myself drawn to people and their stories and spent several years working in documentary film and television. People always fascinated me and I found myself drawn to their stories of resilience in the face of adversity even in the dire circumstances that they often found themselves in. This led me on a journey toward focusing a career on talking to people about their stories.
